Data protection

The operators of these sites (please take contact details from the imprint) take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. We inform below about the collection of personal data when our website is used.

Using our website is generally possible without providing any personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example, name, address or email address) is collected on our websites, it happens only on a voluntary basis, unless otherwise stated as per the following explanations.  This data is not forwarded to third parties without your express approval.

By a mere informational use of the website, thus if you are not registered or communicated other information to us, we shall collect only the personal data that your browser communicates in the so-called server log files automatically to our server. While visiting our website, we shall collect the following data which is required for us technically, to indicate our website to you and to ensure the stability and security, on the basis of Art. 6 Para 1 page 1 lit. F DS-GVO [Data Protection Basic Regulation]:

  • IP address of the inquiring computer,
  • Date and time of the server request,
  • Time zone difference on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
  • Name and URL of the requested file and data volume,
  • Access status / HTTP status code,
  • Website, from where the access takes place (Referrer URL),
  • Browser used, language and version of the browser software,
  • Operating system of your computer and name of the access provider.

 

Cookies

The internet sites use the so-called Cookies to some extent. Cookies do not cause any harm to the computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies enable making our offer more user-friendly, effective and safe. Cookies are small test files that are archived on your computer and that save your browser.

Most of the Cookies used by us are the so-called “Session Cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other Cookies remain saved on your computer until you delete them. These Cookies enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit the site.

You may set your browser such that it informs you about the Cookies setting and allows you Cookies only on a case-by-case basis, the acceptance of Cookies for specific cases or generally excluding as well as automatic deletion of Cookies while activating the closure of the browser. By deactivating Cookies the functionality of our website can be restricted.

Contact form

When you send us queries by e-mail or a contact form, your details on the request form including the details provided by you there shall be saved for the purpose of processing the query or posting and for follow-up questions. We delete the data arising out of the establishment of contact after the storing is no longer required or the processing reduces in case there are statutory storage obligations. This data shall not be passed on without your consent.

Please note that the data transfer in the internet (for example, by communicating over e-mail) can have security breaches. A seamless protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

 

YouTube

Our website uses plug-ins of the YouTube site run by Google. YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA is the site operator. If you visit our site provided with a YouTube plug-in, a connection is made to the YouTube server. Which of our sites you visited is thereby communicated to the YouTube server; the data, which your browser transfers automatically as server log files is also transmitted (refer to the point on Data Protection). This applies irrespective of whether you have a YouTube account or not.

If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile with Google. You may prevent this by signing off from your YouTube account

Google Maps

Our website uses the offer from Google Maps. We are thereby able to display interactive maps directly in the website for you and enable you to comfortably use the map feature. If you visit one of our sites equipped with Google Maps, Google gets the information that you have activated the corresponding subpage of our website; also the data, which your browser automatically transfers as server log file, is transmitted (refer to the point on Data Protection). This applies irrespective of whether you have a user account with Google or not and even irrespective of whether you are logged in to such an account. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish your profile to be assigned by Google, you need to log out before activating the button.

SSL encryption

This site uses for purposes of security and to protect the transfer of confidential content, such as for example, the requests that you send to us as website operator, an SSL encryption.  You can recognize an encrypted connection when the address line of the browser changes from http:// to http:// and a lock symbol appears in your browser line.

If the SSL encryption is activated, the data that you send us cannot be read by third parties.

Web fonts

External fonts, Google Fonts, are used in these websites. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The integration of these web fonts takes place by a server call, generally a server from Google in the USA. Which of our websites you have visited is thus transmitted to the server. The IP address of the browser of the visitor’s terminal of these websites is also saved by Google.
